Loose rings

Good thing there are ways to reduce the size of your ring to perfectly fit you. Here are some ways:
Plastic guards
This is the safest possible solution if you’re planning on reducing the size of your ring yourself. They’re cheap, widely available and provide a quick solution for rings that easily slip off.
They’re silicone sleeves that you place between your ring and the finger you wear it on. The only problem is that the ring will look odd when worn.
Food grade silicone
This is the DIY counterpart of the plastic guard solution. Instead of wearing a plastic sleeve, just apply a small amount of food grade silicone along the inner side of the ring and let it sit for 24 hours.
The great thing about this method is that the silicone is clear, which makes it unnoticeable. It can also be easily removed. Just gently scrape the adhesive with your fingernails and done! Your ring is back to its original state.
Small beads
With the use of two small beads, you can make your loose ring fit on your finger. All you need to do is apply a small amount of epoxy or food grade silicone on each bead and set them apart inside on the bottom of your ring. Let them sit for 24 hours and your ring is good to go.
Tight rings
Tight rings are painful when worn. It can cause problems on your blood circulation and might lead to other complications as well.
There are two ways in which you can loosen up a tight ring. These are:
Rubber mallet or small hammer
With the use of a small hammer or a rubber mallet, you can gently tap the inside of the ring forcing it to be a bit elongated until it can slide onto your finger seamlessly.
Keep in mind that this is not recommended because it can damage your ring and will cost you a lot.
